Joined the family business in 1989 and studied Marketing Communications. Fascination by IT at an early age developed into a broad and deep knowledge over the years. Became owner and managing director of the company in 2006.

Long time toy robot collector. Likes to play FPS games on his console. Science fiction nut. Owns several pinball machines. Tinkers with electronics, microcontrollers and his telescopes. Regularly prepares sushi, to the enjoyment of his cats begging for scraps. PADI Advanced Open Water scuba diver with over 100 logged dives.

Studied mechanical engineering but was already active as a freelance IT developer during the final years of his education. He cofounded a Digital Video & 3D Animation company in the 90's but later moved on to website development and has been involved with the development of hundreds of websites ever since.

Jan loves many things. Like Ramon he likes to competitively play FPS games on his console. He cherishes his tropical aquarium and four oriental shorthair cats. Has a great interest for science, nature and history and is never short of an opinion.

Robin graduated in Business Information Science and joined Bit Agency as a developer back in 2003. During his time with Bit Agency, Robin grew into the role of project manager. He has extensive knowledge and experience in web development, project management and the recruiting branch.

Robin is a casual runner, cyclist and snowboarder. He likes to watch movies and TV-series and hang out with his family and friends. Within Bit Agency he gained the reputation of Snack King. He might be dethroned soon though, as the endless hunger for food seems to slowly degrade with his increasing age.

Completed the Executive Secretary course at the renowned Dutch 'Schoevers' institute. Former Rabobank employee. In 1996 she started working at Bit Agency as management assistant. Nowadays her function has expanded with HR assistant and Traffic & Accounting roles.

Joli is a bit of a control freak. She likes her work, her boss, her colleagues and shopping. She loves sushi, chocolate and boerenkool. She hates traffic jams and clutter. Everyday she needs her morning cup of Earl Grey in order to function properly. Though she always forgets to drink it while it's warm.

Ruud joined Bit Agency in 2007. His passion and eagerness to learn have always motivated him to keep pace with the fast changing world of front-end development. He has forged himself into a true front-end ninja, ensuring products work according to the latest standards.

Ruud likes hiking, plays guitar and has an on/off relationship with photography. Sightseeing in Holland makes him feel like a tourist in his own country. He enjoys to cook but loves eating even more. Time permitting he also likes watching series & movies. Ruud types faster than he can think.

Graduated in 2002 from 's-Hertogenbosch Academy of Art and Design. Started at Bit Agency in April 2006 as Graphic Designer. Gradually expanded her area of expertise with Web Design and Front-end Development. Jetty is also our expert CMS Trainer.

Jetty likes drawing, paint children’s rooms and design birth cards. Currently a lot of her creativity has been dedicated to designing her new house. According to her colleagues Jetty has her own language. Ask them for the dictionary.

Roel joined Bit Agency back in 2006 and during his time as Web Developer became more and more interested in Search Engine Optimization, Conversion Optimization and Digital Analytics. He really loves to help clients to improve their online visibility and website's performance.

Roel’s favourite TV-series are (amongst others) Fargo, Sherlock and True Detective. He also likes to play a brisk game of squash. Roel can really enjoy a delicious Belgian beer.

In 2010 Terry graduated from HAN University of Applied Sciences after studying Information Communication Technology and Multimedia Design. Within one month he joined Bit Agency to work as a developer.

Terry is a 'real' athlete, showing off his dart skills in the local bar and his football skills on the pitch, but mostly his drinking skills after the matches. When it doesn't rain he likes to walk his dog Luna. He is the only person at Bit Agency who has been 'cloned'.

Timon graduated in 2011 from the HAN University of Applied Sciences and has been working with Bit Agency since 2013. He has made a career out of his hobby and his specialisation is JavaScript.

Timon likes to watch soccer, films and series when he is not doing outdoor chores around the house. He also likes to spend time with his two kids and his family of four siblings.

After studying Financial Economics at Radboud University Nijmegen, Bart studied Software Development and joined Bit Agency in 2015 as a back-end developer. What started out as a hobby became a passion, which ultimately led to the switch from the economic field to software development.

Bart is currently the youngest member of our team, however that doesn't mean he is short of opinions! According to Bart his FPS skills on a console are even better than Ramon & Jan's, but we still haven't seen any proof of that.

After he graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce, Roy started job hunting. Despite his graduation, the commercial branch could not offer what he was looking for, so he started a traineeship to become software developer. And now, since early 2016 he is working as Developer at Bit Agency.

Roy is a sports-interested guy who plays indoor and outdoor soccer and passively watches a lot of other sports. After working at a (in the summer times very hot) greenhouse for a few years, he is now really enjoying the good airconditioning at the office.

Dirk-Jan, (we call him 'DJ') joined Bit Agency in 2011 as System & Network Engineer. Amongst many other things, he is the technical visionary behind our cloud hosting solution.

DJ thinks a good System & Network Engineer is a lazy one. However in reality he is far from lazy... So maybe he isn't as good as he thinks he is? Or maybe he got the concept of 'lazy' all wrong. It's an enigma for sure, as is he himself!

Dennis graduated as Bachelor in Network Infrastructure and Design. After a couple of less interesting/challenging jobs he recently started at Bit Agency and hasn’t looked back since.

Dennis tries to be 'offline' as much as possible after work! ;) Presumably he hits the gym 3 times a week. But above all he loves visiting concerts and festivals, or just chilling with his friends.

Henk joined Bit Agency back in 2000 and is our oldest employee. However his spreadsheet and ninja-like accounting skills are unrivalled. When you give us a call he is most likely the first one to answer the phone.

Henk is somewhat of a connoisseur of audio equipment. His knowledge of car technology is pretty amazing too! Henk loves to walk long distances and is a veteran of The International Four Day Marches Nijmegen. 

Happy's origins are somewhat unclear. He doesn't like to talk about them but we believe he's of 2009 vintage and has some Abyssinian roots. Happy supposedly has a master's degree in Manipulation Arts & Zen. 

Most likely the concept of the Jedi in the Star Wars movies is based on Happy's manipulation and zen skills. This also proves Happy can travel in time. He enjoys good food and also likes hunting for snacks. If he 'asks' for it you better stroke him or he will never leave you alone!
